Peace, space, relaxation
The house is ideal for families and groups of friends. It consists of two apartments with separate entrances. There is a very large swimming pool of 11.5 meters in length, which can be heated on request in the winter period. Around the house are several terraces and seating areas, if you want to isolate yourself from the rest.
It is always rented out to one tenant so that you have all the facilities to yourself. The house was partially renovated in June 2022, including new bathrooms and the balcony terrace was renovated. Everything is also newly furnished with luxury box springs and stylish seating.
Characteristics of the house are privacy, tranquility, space and yet close to the coast and cozy restaurants. Next year we will continue to renovate and modernize the kitchen, the wall around the pool and the downstairs apartment. (outside rental periods)
