Bedrooms
La Palmera has 5 spacious bedrooms, of which 1 master bedroom and an en suite room with a 5th room, with bunk bed and cot. The master bedroom overlooks the sea and has a king-size bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, new box-spring beds, which can be joined or separated and plenty of closet space. The bedrooms surround the living and sitting room.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms were fully renovated in June 2022 and designed with a luxurious Ibiza-inspired feel. They feature elegant rainfall showers, and high-end marble washbasins, creating a spa-like atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.
Balcony/ Terrace
Enjoy truly breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views stretching across the entire width of the house. The sound of birds and the peaceful surroundings create an atmosphere of pure tranquility , a place where you can completely unwind.
The expansive 15-meter terrace is designed for outdoor living at its finest. It features three stylish seating and dining areas, perfect for long dinners with family and friends, yet equally ideal for finding your own quiet corner with a glass of wine or a good book.
There is nothing more relaxing than sitting in complete peace, watching sailing boats drift across the horizon. In addition to the main terrace, the property offers several beautifully arranged lounge and seating areas throughout the grounds, allowing you to always find your perfect spot to relax.
Living room
The spacious living room has a relaxed large corner sofa and a long dining table for 8-10 people. This is located in the middle of the house on the balcony/terrace and is surrounded by the bedrooms and bathrooms. Next to the living room is the spacious kitchen.
kitchen
The very spacious, neat kitchen is fully equipped. The inventory has been updated with new crockery, cutlery and all kinds of household appliances such as a juicer, juicer, toaster, sandwich/grill machine, nespresso and much more. It will be modernized in style later this year.
